Active Employees Changes to Personal Information

Please notify us of any changes to personal information as soon as possible. Changes received after the payroll deadline (10th of the month) will be processed on the next pay period.

Tax Deduction

Please complete the applicable Federal (TD1) or Provincial (TD1ON) tax form and submit the completed form to the Payroll office (BH 123 or payroll@trentu.ca).

Banking/Direct Deposit Please submit your void cheque or direct deposit form to the Payroll office (BH 123 or payroll@trentu.ca). 

 

Inactive Employees Changes to Personal Information

If you are a previous employee and do not have an active MyTrent account, please notify us via email (payroll@trentu.ca) of any required personal information changes. Please include Your Name, Employee Number, Position/Department, and  details of your Personal Information Change (i.e. name, address, or phone number change).

Request for Information

Please allow for up to 3 working days to received additional copies of requested:

  • T4 Slips
  • Pay Stubs
  • Time Sheets
  • Record of Employment
  • Confirmation of Employment Letter

If you are an active employee you can make these requests by logging in to your MyTrent portal (Support, Human Resources/Payroll, Request for Information/Request for Duplicate Time Sheet). If you do not have an active MyTrent account, please email payroll@trentu.ca

Please note:

  • Timesheet Deadlines are for timesheets only. All other payroll related changes (new hires, banking information, address changes, etc) must be submitted by the Payroll Deadline.
  • Information submitted after a Payroll or Timesheet Deadline will be processed with the next pay period.
  • Employees are responsible for ensuring their timesheets are signed by their supervisor(s) and submitted to the Payroll Dept. by the above Deadlines.
