Whether you are a club, group, association, or student looking to host an event, you must complete an application no less than 2 weeks prior to the event date in order to determine eligibility and approval.
The following form must be completed in order to host an event at the Trent U Durham Campus:
All clubs must fill out an application for any event which requires a room setup, catering, and/or extensive resources. Please fill out the form below:
If your club just requires a space booking for a meeting or planning, you can apply for a room booking through the MyTrent portal, under Services.
If your event involves any amount of risk, please also include the following form. You must fill out this form for your event if it includes physical, off-campus, or alcohol related risk. If you are unsure, please fill out the form and we can make the assessment based on the event details.
