There’s no limit to the creative opportunities that students can help us plan for this fall, but some examples of these activities may include outdoor yoga sessions, social media driven recreation competitions, walking groups or online team fitness challenges. We look forward to helping everyone find their fit at Trent Durham.

Intramural Sports (Winter)

Trent University Durham GTA is running Intramural Sports this Fall on Monday's and Tuesday's from 6pm to 8pm at Waverly Public School and Wednesday's and Thursday's from 3pm to 4:30pm at the Civic Fieldhouse.  Check out the poster below with the details:

Gym Memberships

Fall/Winter Information

All students at Trent University Durham GTA will receive a Level 2 Fitness membership with the City of Oshawa in the Fall/Winter semesters.  To utilize the membership, visit the Civic Centre in person with a current student ID card to set up an account.

The membership gives you access to cardio and strength training equipment, indoor running/walking track, swimming pools and ice skating at:

  • The Oshawa Civic Centre 
  • The Delpark Homes Centre 
  • The South Oshawa Community Centre

Extramural Competitive Sports

TrentU Durham GTA runs competitive tournament teams as part of the OCAA OCR league against other GTA colleges and universities in Ontario.

This year, we are running a Mixed Indoor Soccer team.
