Thrive Week

What is Thrive Week?

Thrive Week is a campus-wide week of free events designed to help students learn new wellness skills, connect with others, and explore mental health supports on campus. It’s a chance to pause, practice self-care, and build healthy habits for the semester ahead.

This winter term, Thrive Week’s theme is Winterize Your Wellness, encouraging us to embrace what makes this time of year special. Inspired by research on winter mindsets and the way cold-weather cultures approach the darker months, the theme invites you to warm up to wellness – enjoy comforting rituals, spend time outdoors, and find moments of beauty and connection throughout the season. Winterize Your Wellness is all about working with winter’s natural rhythms to support resilience, creativity, and overall well-being throughout the season and beyond.

Why Thrive Week?

Thrive Week is led by the Student Wellness Teams at Trent University, with support from a range of campus and community partners. Together, we offer workshops, activities and giveaways, and opportunities to meet the student support teams who are here to help you thrive.

Join Us!
