Using an ITQ when soliciting quotes from multiple suppliers for goods or services ensure suppliers provided identical information to ensure a fair, open and transparent competitive procurement process. A minimal three (3) invitational written quotations are required when total cost of procurement for goods or services is $25,001 - $121,200 and for consultant services valued between $0.00 – $121,200 three (3) invitational written quotations from qualified consultants required.
End users can download and fill out an appropriate template and email an identical copy to each supplier seeking quotes for procurement need. Refer to ITQ process guideline for detailed outline when using an ITQ.
