A contract is an agreement between parties, creating mutual obligations that are enforceable by law. Contracts representing goods and/or services falling within the scope of the Procurement of Goods and Services Policy require appropriate business terms and conditions to mitigate risk to the University. Employees must abide by the University’s policies and procedures when engaging contracts.
