Hours of Operation:
Fall and Winter Term (September 1 to April 30)
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am until 4:00 pm; closed for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. Office closes at 3:00 on Wednesday afternoons.
Summer Term (May 1 to August 31)
During May & June, SAS is open Mondays through Wednesdays, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and 1:00 to 4:00 pm. We open at 10:30 on Wednesday mornings. Thursdays we are available from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm. Office reception is unavailable on Fridays. However, you're welcome to email your Advisor or email the general SAS account (sas@trentu.ca), which will be responded to on Monday.
July & August office hours are Mondays through Thursdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Wednesdays we open at 10:30 am. Office reception is unavailable on Fridays.
December and April Exam Periods
SAS staff work at the Centre for Academic Testing (CAT) at Otonabee College during final exam periods. Advisor availability is limited during the exam period, so please email your SAS Advisor with any questions you have and allow for some time for a response. During final exam periods, the SAS office will be open from 2:15 to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
