Examine complex and contemporary social and cultural theory themes, broaden your horizons, and set yourself on a path to graduate studies and career success.

Engage with complex and contemporary themes in social and cultural theory. In this interdisciplinary specialization, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of cultural frameworks – everything from gender, sexuality, and the human body, to globalization, technology, and the law. Explore new depths of knowledge within this rich academic department, and set yourself on a solid path for graduate studies or career success.

Courses

Students who have fulfilled the requirements for a single- or joint-major degree in Cultural Studies may graduate with a Specialization if they have successfully completed 4.0 CUST credits in the chosen Specialization category. The same course may not simultaneously count toward two or more Specializations.
