Job Purpose: Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Finance, the Administrative Coordinator supports the AVP and the Financial Services Directors. Provides multi-faceted administrative support to the AVP and the Directors in a broad range of corporate finance and procurement activities including managing the daily operations of the Financial Services office, updating content of the various Financial Services websites and communications to the University community and external stakeholders, handling of sensitive financial information, planning and monitoring project plans and timelines, and organizing the execution and maintenance of financial contracts and external agreements in order to make the most efficient use of the AVP’s and Directors’ time. Coordinates and schedules the calendars of the AVP and Directors, and supports committees and meetings led by the AVP and Directors. Acts as liaison between the Financial Services office and other departments.
