**The hours for this position are as follows:
- Full-time (35 hours per week) – September – April each year
- Part-time (28 hours per week) – May – August each year

Job Purpose: The Administrative Assistant acts as the first point of contact for students, staff, faculty and external organizations while maintaining the day-to-day operations of the counselling clinic. This role provides administrative support to the Assistant Director, therapists, Urgent Care Counsellor, Mental Health Education & Wellness Strategist, student interns and student staff.
