Athletics and Recreation Programs

Campus Recreation

As we plan for a return to campus this fall, Trent University Durham is is working closely with Trent Athletics and the University as part of the Trent Forward Plan in order to plan and host fun and engaging opportunities for fitness and recreation. These opportunities will be geared towards both those students living on campus and in the area, as well as those studying from home! There’s no limit to the creative opportunities that students can help us plan for this fall, but some examples of these activities may include outdoor yoga sessions, social media driven recreation competitions, walking groups or online team fitness challenges, as examples. We look forward to helping everyone find their fit this fall!
