Trent University Durham GTA organizes a free intramural program. All levels of athletic experience welcome!

Mondays & Wednesdays - Court Sports 

  • Play co-ed basketball, volleyball, badminton, floor hockey, and more at Waverly Public School. It's just a 5 minute walk away from campus. For directions click HERE.
  • 6:00-8:00 PM

Tuesdays & Thursdays - Field Sports 

  • Play co-ed Soccer or Flag Football at the Oshawa Civic Recreation Complex. Located right across from campus. For directions click HERE
  • 5:00-6:00 PM

Gym Membership

Your Level 2 Fitness membership with the City of Oshawa gives you access to cardio and strength training equipment, indoor running/walking track, swimming pools and ice skating at:

For an additional fee, students can have access to:

  • add-on for unlimited group fitness classes and 50% off specialty fitness classes
  • add-on for unlimited badminton, tennis, and squash court rentals
