There are a variety of opportunities available to Trent students at the Durham campus. Whether you're looking to become a peer mentor, a pen pal, or volunteering externally, students will be able to find the type of experience they are looking for.
Orientation Leaders
As a leader, you can serve as a mentor for our incoming new students and provide a welcome and inviting environment for them as they arrive to start their academic careers.

Campus Tour Guide
Show your pride for Trent Durham GTA by becoming a campus tour guide. Our guides support regularly scheduled campus tours running Monday-Saturday year round and special on-campus events. Academic Mentoring Program
Peer Mentoring is students helping students transition into academic and social life at Trent University Durham GTA.
Global Ambassador Program
This volunteer, peer-run mentorship program is designed to help first-year international students transition to life in Canada and at Trent University. Through the program, first-year international undergraduate students connect with an upper-year international student on our Global Ambassador team who provides guidance and support before arrival and throughout their first year at Trent.
