School of Business Study Abroad Prize
Established by Jesse Ledger ’97.
To be awarded to a full-time undergraduate business student with distinction in a study abroad program. Application by letter, chosen by committee.

Grant Thornton Accounting Prize
- This prize is presented by the Grant Thornton to an undergraduate student in ADMN-3200H – Financial Management, who has demonstrated exceptional promise and enthusiasm for the study and dissemination of the principles and practices of accounting.
- $900 prize
- awarded to a student at the Trent Symons Campus, Peterborough
Peterborough Chamber of Commerce Business Student Leadership Prize
- This prize is presented by the Chamber of Commerce to a third year student who has demonstrated great potential to be a leader in business, and exhibited initiative beyond the boundaries of academics.
- $1,000 prize
- awarded to a student at the Trent Symons Campus, Peterborough
William Bligh Shaw Scholarship
- The gift of Muriel Beatrice Shaw. Awarded to an outstanding student in the first year of the Business Administration Program.
- $500 prize
Robert Fowler Scholarship
- The gift of the Quaker Oats Company of Canada in memory of the late Robert M. Fowler, a former member of the board of Directors of Quaker Oats, and the board of Governors of Trent University. Awarded to a student in the final year of the Business Administration Program.
- $500 prize
Robin Morris Scholarship
- Established by her family and friends in memory of Robin Morris ‘91. Awarded annually to a student in the Business Administration Program whose spirit, enthusiasm and commitment to Human Resource Management is considered to be outstanding.
- $500 prize
Costello Roebuck Grant Fund
- This fund provides financial support to students in the Business Administration Program in order to allow them to participate in activities to enhance their education program. This includes, but is not limited to participation in case competitions and other special events.
Bonnie M. Patterson Leadership Development Grant
- Established by Bonnie Patterson, former President of Trent University, the grant supports students enrolled in the BBA program in their engagement with the community in order to develop their collaborative and entrepreneurial leadership skills.
Ed & Sylvia Vanhaverbeke Durham Scholarship
- Established by the founders of Syvan Developments Limited who believe in supporting students in their region, this scholarship is be awarded to a student at Trent Durham GTA returning for the final year of the Bachelor of Business Administration program with at least 12 credits.
- Candidates must have a GPA of 80% or higher and engaged in community service
- $1,000 prize

The Trent Business Students' Association (TBSA) Prize
- Established by the TBSA Executive Team. To be awarded to a full-time undergraduate business student in Peterborough in any year, with a minimum 70% cumulative average. The student recipient will be chosen based on demonstrated contribution to student life at Trent University through extracurricular activities or volunteerism.
- To be awarded to a full-time undergraduate student in any year of the business program. The student must possess a minimum 70% cumulative average.
