Adult Registered Programs
The ultimate goal of Judo is education; learning to make the best use of your energy through body/mind training. Develop respect, control, calmness, willpower, perseverance and confidence while training your flexibility, balance, and endurance through self-defence.
Course runs September 9 to December 13 (no class Oct 14).
Mondays, Fridays 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
& Wednesdays 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Come join us every Tuesday and Wednesday for Pickleball. Pickleball is a drop-in activity that is run by our members. This sport is a combination of table tennis, badminton, and tennis. It is played on the badminton court with paddles and a whiffle ball. We welcome experienced players as well as first time players to join us for some fun. Register online or at the Sales Centre.
Program runs September 10 to November 27.

New Wave Aquafit (Seniors Program)
New Wave is a low impact fitness class for individuals looking to increase their mobility while strengthening their muscles and joints. This class is a great way for Seniors to stay active and social while having fun!

Mondays &/or Thursdays 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Learn and Return to Row
This program will introduce, review, and enhance proper rowing technique and blade work with a particular emphasis on sweeping technique. Two weeks of Learn to Row programming followed by 10 weeks of Return to Row. A qualified coach will guide you through each lesson. Participants can also access the rowing tank during our regular operating hours.
