Stacy is a certified Recreation Therapist, Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Hatha/Laya Yoga teacher. Stacy strives to help people achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health and wellness. She loves to create an environment that empowers individuals to challenge themselves through fun, enjoyable and rewarding workouts that support strength in mind, body and spirit.
Juan is a graduate from the University of Waterloo from a 5 year cooperative program in Kinesiology. He has a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation. As a past varsity athlete he enjoys challenging himself and others to meet new goals. Juan builds a relationship with clients in order to individualize each workout plan. He incorporates education and guidance in training sessions to help clients lose fat, increase muscle, and engrain proper motor patterns.
Aaron Roberts Smith
Aaron is an exercise specialist and advocate of functional fitness, Whether you are a high level athlete or someone just looking to become more active, he can help you attain the skills necessary for success. Aaron is dedicated to helping you see long lasting results and sharing the same knowledge that has been essential to his own athletic success.
Chase has a back ground in Massage Therapy from Fleming College. He has been a personal trainer for over 2 years and loves helping people achieve their goals. He played competitive hockey growing up and has been working out for over 10 years. He uses his life experiences, his passion for fitness and knowledge as a certified personal trainer to help inspire others to succeed in reaching their health and wellness goals.
