Individual nutrition appointments are available with the dietitians at the Peterborough Assessment and Therapy Clinic. They offer a discounted rate of $80 per session for students. They can help with:
- Questions about food and nutrition
- Ideas for health, quick, and low cost meals and snacks
- Learn how to optimize your diet for best energy
- Working to improve your athletic performance by improving your nutrition
- Addressing your relationship with food and your body
- Sorting out food intolerances
- Questions about dietary supplements

Cancellation of dietitian appointments: If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment, please give 24 hours notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of $50. If an appointment is not attended, there is no reimbursement.
Appointment fee is $80. Payment is by e-transfer and must be made at the time of booking for it to be confirmed.
