Premium parking spots are exclusively reserved for premium permit holders at all times. These permit holders are required to utilize only their designated lot and space; parking in other lots or spaces is not permitted. Premium permits also include overnight privileges in your reserved space. If you purchase a premium permit, please ensure to email in your desired lot location and we will do our best to accommodate or offer an alternative.
Regular - Symons Campus$714$478$244$70

Allows the permit holder to park in any designated parking lot on Symons campus with the exception of the following, three pay and display lots: B (in front of Blackburn Hall), D (in front of Athletics), and I (in front of Bata Library), lot C (Childcare) and the AC half of lot F (white lined area) and lot T (residence only lot). This permit is not valid in service, premium spots, carpool, nor at Traill and does not cover Overnight parking.

**Please be advised that parking availability on East Bank may be limited due to ongoing construction. Certain lots may be temporarily closed or have reduced capacity. For the most current updates, please contact Facilities Management.

​Regular - Catherine Parr Traill Campus $714$530NANA
Traill Regular permit holders who live or work at Traill, as well as premium permit holders will be allowed to park at both Traill and Symons campuses. Parking must be advised of the work or residence location by email from their supervisor or the Housing office. Other regular permit holders may only park on Symons campus. There is free street parking in the vicinity of Traill College for periods of up to 3 hours.

Residence Permits (Overnight parking) -

Must be living in residence

**Must contact Parking office in order to purchase permit and live in residence. There is no guaranteed permit availability. Monthly permits will only be valid on the West Bank in Lot P.
Residence permits are restricted to those currently living in Trent residence. If you wish to park in another lot during the day, one must use the pay & display machines or the HotSpot App

Annex Permits

(Must be living at the Annex)

Champlain, LEC, and Gzowski Annex

Annex permits are restricted to the Annex's only.  If you are coming on to campus and parking, you will need to purchase a daily parking permit.  One can obtain this, online by purchasing a temp permit, any Pay and Display machine, or by using the HotSpot parking app or tap signs. There is no guest parking spaces, and temp parking permits do not cover parking in the Annex parking lots. Please follow the overnight rules list at the top of the page.

School of Ed permits have a reduced availability on campus due to their off-campus programing. Durham Campus Please sign in to your parking account and select the Durham permit to register. There is no cost to park at Durham, but your vehicle must be registered and hold a valid permit.
