Observers are welcome to attend open session meetings of the Board. 

Observers may not address or participate in the meeting and are expected to act with decorum and not disturb the conduct of the meeting.

LOCATION

Open Session meetings will be offered by Video Conferencing.

For those wishing to attend, please contact secretariat@trentu.ca for the video-call details by no later than the day prior to the meeting at 4:30 p.m.

After this time, we can not guarantee we will be able to reply in a timely manner. 

Agendas and Minutes for Board Meeting open sessions (current year) are provided on the website as soon as they are approved.
