The Salamander Survey Project, involving volunteers and staff from Trent University and Fleming College, worked with private landowners to explore ecosystems on their properties and promote local understanding of salamander populations. Groups competed in the Fox Hunt, a multi-faceted activity designed for teambuilding and orienting students to the campus, learned about university expectations and supports, and found a welcoming home at Trent Durham. The students starting this summer will join the over 1000 students taking courses at Trent Durham over the summer.
