Empower your leadership—learn to communicate across cultures

Through four interactive workshops, you will:
- Explore the realities of immigration in Canada, including the pathways people take, the challenges they face, and the myths that shape public perception.
- Learn and apply the principles of cultural humility, using self-exploration, self-reflection, learning from others, and inclusive practices to work more effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Step into the shoes of a language learner to understand the settlement journey from a newcomer’s perspective and discover strategies to communicate more effectively when English is not someone’s first language.
- Harness the power of storytelling to build empathy, foster understanding, and create meaningful connections in your personal, professional, and community life.
