  3. Emotional Health Practitioner Asynchronous

Emotional Health Practitioner Asynchronous

Students will learn how to incorporate neuroscience into a practical process by developing a comprehensive understanding of the Neural Network Therapy® (NNT) exercises and their use within client support and personal development. Unlike traditional talk therapy, NNT is an approach of doing. Using the principles of neuroplasticity, lessons have been curated to provide a practical approach that helps participants achieve emotional well-being by forming new and improved neural networks in place of old and unwanted ones. Emotional Health Practitioners help individuals create positive, sustainable changes in brain functioning.

Course Objectives:

  • Build a foundation of knowledge in Neural Network Therapy® (NNT)
  • Apply a practical, neuroscience-based approach to support emotional well-being.
  • Learn to engage participants in an active, “doing” approach to personal growth.
  • Maximize your investment by applying lessons and new skills within a developing coaching, teaching, and wellness landscape.
  • Strengthen interpersonal skills, including assertiveness, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solving.
  • Explore applications of NNT principles to areas such as emotional regulation, focus, communication, relationships, grief, parenting, and more.
  • Develop skills that last well beyond the learning experience—because you can’t unlearn the science of well-being.
  • Acquire practical resources to support the teaching and application of this model.

What do the students say?

Very valuable content, and I enjoyed the program! Would highly recommend.

L.A.

The upgraded version of Talk Therapy, NNT, was explained through stories, demos, exercises the learner needed to complete and short videos. The chapters of the course were fun and easy to read and understand. I would say the NNT, when used with clients, will be very engaging, and thought provoking. The journey for improving our emotional health will reach in the depths of our hearts, body and soul by  discovering what our emotional behaviours mean and how they can make positive and permanent changes in our life. Thoroughly enjoyed every part of this course. Everyone needs to take the NNT session and have "AH-HA " moments!

A.D.

Learning should always result in some form of personal growth.  This program exceeded that expectation for me.

A.M.

As a student of the asynchronous stream, I found the course design and systems very flexible and easy to follow. The time-allocation to complete the course was fair and did not feel pressured. I was able to complete the material at my own pace, when my schedule and energy permitted. But found as I dove in, I would get on-a-roll and was so intrigued by the content, I was energized and interested in starting the next lesson or module.

S.M.

The Emotional Health Practitioner Program provided me with an understanding that through Neural Network Therapy we have the amazing ability to overcome trauma, anxiety, grief and emotional pain by creating new pathways to healing. An incredible program.

L.D.

This course taught me a lot about myself and how to relate to others in an effective way. I liked the ability to learn at my own pace, while knowing an instructor was just an email away, and were very quick to respond.

T.R.

Exploring neuroscience- based approaches to emotional health care, by emerging in hands on practical exercises, helped tremendously in fostering a sustainable emotional growth y rewiring my neural pathways. Helped to empower me to support myself and others.
