Prioritizing safe, high-quality housing for students, the University has leased Trent-owned lands to Residence Development Corporation (RDC) to plan, build, and operate housing units on Water Street just south of campus, renting suites to upper-year students.
RDC is the same company that has successfully owned and carefully managed the current University residences further north on Water Street.
This exciting new student housing project will add more than 300 beds to the community, helping to address housing pressures in Peterborough.
