The therapy pool is a 10 foot by 14 foot pool, designed for those who require specific therapeutic movement or a low intensity water exercise program. The pool is kept at 91°F and is particularly beneficial for individuals experiencing joint problems, injury recovery, recovery from surgery or an illness that prevents them from participating in weight-bearing exercise.
Please note the Therapy Pool will be closed for maintenance until January 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
30-minute sessions are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Members can reserve their spot by clicking the link above. Day pass guests are also welcome and can book at the front desk after purchasing a day pass. Up to three people can share one booking.
