Drop-in Group Fitness Classes
Fun, motivational group fitness classes are the perfect addition to any fitness routine. Our certified instructors lead a variety of classes for different fitness interests and abilities -- from Yoga and Pilates to Bootcamp and Spin. You'll find classes that are as intense, or relaxed, as you are. Our engaging instructors and supportive class environment provide the perfect combination of motivation and fun! The best part is that group fitness classes are included with every Trent student and community membership! Don't have a membership? Drop-in to any group fitness class by purchasing an Athletics Centre day pass.
Drop-in fitness classes are 45 - 55 minutes in length and run on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fitness Centre
The Fitness Centre at the Trent Athletics Centre is designed to support a wide range of training needs in a functional and well-organized environment. Whether you're a student, varsity athlete, or community member, the space offers the equipment and layout needed for effective strength, conditioning, and cardio training.

- 8 flush-mount lifting platforms
- 8 half racks with overhead connectors
- Expanded custom dumbbell sets
- Functional training wall ball target
- Sound-suppressant flooring for a safer, quieter environment
- Treadmills and integrated televisions in the cardio area

Select “REGISTER NOW” on our website, select drop-in bookings and then the time of your choice. Two climbers must be scheduled for each booking period, as climbing lessons require two people to complete all steps of the orientation. Visit our Rock Climbing page for more information.
