CORE & BALANCE

This class combines functional movement and stability to help you feel strong and balanced in everyday life. We’ll begin with a dynamic warm-up to open the diaphragm and release tension in the lower back. Then, we’ll focus on shifting weight, improving balance, and controlling movement at different tempos. Slower, mindful exercises will strengthen the entire body from the ankles upward, with modifications to support foot and muscle strength. Throughout the class, you’ll practice proper posture and core engagement while using light weights for added challenge. We’ll finish with a relaxing stretch to leave you feeling centered and refreshed.

CLASSICAL MAT PILATES

GENTLE MOVEMENT & STRETCH

Movement is very important for daily living, mental health and joint health. This class includes flowing movements with no impact to increase range-of-motion, co-ordination, balance and flexibility. A soft ball is utilized throughout the class to support the body.
