The Centre for Teaching and Learning staff are available for 1:1 consultations with faculty, instructors, graduate students and departments who are interested in developing and learning about their teaching practices. Consultations are private and confidential. Topics could include; course related issues, course design/ delivery, assessment techniques, strategies for student engagement, using new technologies or even just as a sounding board and asking questions! We are also committed to helping write research proposals and supporting the design of projects related to research on teaching.

Teaching Portfolio Development
At the Centre for Teaching and Learning we are here to support the development of your teaching portfolio/dossier. The CTL has the expertise to help you craft a teaching philosophy, organize evidence of your teaching in effective ways, and support the development of a record of your teaching. We offer advice and collaboration opportunities for research design, data collection and analysis, and joint writing projects for publication in peer reviewed journals as well as practitioner web-based publications.
