**Winter Parking Lot Closures**
Starting November 24, several parking lots on the Symons Campus will be partially, or completely closed to accommodate snow removal throughout the winter months.
Signage will be posted in lots where closures will be in place. View the Winter parking map for further details.

Welcome to Trent University
As we continue with a phased return to campus that will see departments from across the university return to campus over the coming weeks, Parking Services will resume regular operations and enforcing parking regulations, as of September 1, 2020, this means that parking pass holders will need to renew their permits.
Parking Services will resume regular operations and enforcing parking regulations, on September 1, 2020. Due to the effects of the COVID pandemic, there will be no permit fee increase this year and overnight parking will be permitted in Lots O and X. Premium permits are available, but carpool permits should only be used for commuters in the same social bubble. All transactions will occur online, including permit purchases, violation appeals and payments and requests for information. Accepted methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit
Permits will be released for purchase by 8am, August 17th, 2020

2 NEW Electric Charging Stations on Campus.
Parking Services is happy to announce that we now have 2 EV charging stations located on the Symons Campus, Peterborough. They are located in Lot K near LEC on the West Bank and Lot Z behind the DNA building. The hourly rate for charging is $1.50 and you will need to have a Tent parking permit as well.
How to use the EV charging stations.
1. Download the ChargePoint app on your iphone or android.
2. Create an account.
Once an account is created you are all set to start charging.

Visitor Parking
There are a variety of options for visitors to park on campus. There is no complimentary parking at the Symons and Traill campuses. Parking is enforced 24/7 at Symons and Traill. Please see the Parking Regulations for more details
There are several options for visitors to make payment:

Use any pay & display machine located at the Symons campus, lots B, F, I, M, U and Q. Make sure you enter the correct licence plate number. Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard or Coin. See the Parking Map for locations and Parking Fees

Download our HotSpot Parking App. Use lot Number 8888 for Symons and 7777 for Traill. See Parking Rates
