Welcome to the Master of Management, a program of study designed to benefit those interested in taking on leadership positions, either in Canada or abroad. The full-time, sixteen-month, course-based Master of Management program is situated within the School of Business at Trent University. It provides students with the skills they need to gain a competitive edge in the job market.

Students can begin the program immediately after completing their undergraduate studies or after accumulating post-graduation work experience. Designed to address the needs of today’s employers, the Master of Management curriculum develops students' knowledge on a broad spectrum of business and management disciplines, including accounting, corporate finance, marketing and strategic management. The program also encourages students to understand the larger social issues facing organizations in today’s dynamic and competitive environment.
