Students gain the knowledge and experience required to implement strategic changes that drive organizational success and competitiveness. The program emphasizes collaboration, leadership development, and the creation of innovative business solutions through teamwork and collective problem-solving. Strategic Change Management program prepares graduates to become adaptable, forward-thinking leaders—ready to guide organizations through complex change and achieve meaningful strategic goals.
The Master of Management - Health Care Management - The health care landscape in Canada is continually evolving, with many moving pieces and complex challenges. For health care professionals, it is essential to build both knowledge and expertise to navigate this system effectively. The program combines a strong mix of management foundations and health care–specific courses, along with an integrated field placement that helps launch graduates into impactful careers in the health sector. Here, you’ll collaborate with peers from diverse professional backgrounds, share ideas, and explore innovative solutions to today’s most pressing health care challenges.
The 3 programs are 16-months in length, and is delivered over four academic terms, students complete four courses in each of the first three terms, followed by a work integrated learning experience/internship in the final term, offering valuable real-work applications of their studies. Domestic students have an option of part-time studies (2 courses per term). Majority of course offerings have a remote option.
