Learn & Lift: Strength Training Foundations
This introductory program is designed to give beginners and those looking to improve their technique the knowledge, skills, and confidence to start lifting safely and effectively. This program starts in mid-January; It's a great way to kickstart your health journey for 2026!
Program Highlights
Individualized Coaching: Five 45-minute, one-on-one sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer.
Foundational Knowledge: Learn essential strength principles, proper form, and injury prevention.
Customized Training: Hands-on practice with exercises tailored to individual goals and equipment access.
