Wellness Resource Sheet by Region
To support international students across Trent campuses, we have curated a Wellness Resource Sheet with campus-specific health and wellness services mindful on the international student experience:
These sheets include essential information about health services, mental health support, local community organizations, and campus-specific wellness initiatives.
Addressing Food Insecurity: Our Dry Ingredient Meal Packing Initiative
In an effort to combat food insecurity for international students, we have introduced a Dry Ingredient Meal Packing Initiative. This growing initiative provides students with nutritious, ready-to-cook meal kits, ensuring access to healthy food options – especially during busy academic terms.
