Mindful Stretches
Unwind and recharge with "Mindful Stretches" during Thrive Week! Join us for guided stretches to promote relaxation, physical health, and meaningful connections. These simple stretches can be done anywhere and anytime - don't miss it!
Body Percussion
Rhythm and movement are great ways to have fun, relieve stress and make new connections. Inspired by the South African dance presently known as Gumboots, this workshop will unite individuals through catchy singing, clapping and stomping rhythms. We'll do an experiment to see if our energy and mood are affected by rhythm and movement. There will be some drums available for those who prefer to add drumming to our percussive rhythms. No dance or music experience required!
