All Trent Durham students are invited to join us in the Tipi at the back of Building A anytime from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. You are welcome to smudge, sit by the fire, and learn more from our fire keepers. The First Peoples House of Learning hosts social fires as an opportunity for all members of the Trent Durham community to join together.

Start off Thrive Week strong with some yogurt. On Monday November 13, join us in the Otonabee College Commons from 8:30 — 10:30 a.m. to build your own yogurt parfait! There will be lots of different yogurt flavours and toppings to choose from to fit everyone's taste! Hope to see you there!

Join Trent Spiritual Affairs and the Buddhist Place for a 45 minute guided meditation on Thursday, November 16 from 3:00 — 4:00 p.m. This event will take place in the Multi-Faith Room, LEC 202. Limited meditation cushions and seating will be available, so the event will be capped at 12 people. Beginners are welcome!
