Dennis Papadopoulos

I’m Dr. Dennis Papadopoulos (he/him/his), a professional philosopher! My work focuses on:

  • The Evolution of Collaboration
  • Forming Interspecies Community (maybe with AI?)
  • Indigenous & African Animal/Environmental Ethics
  • Empathy and Collective Emotions

I received my Philosophy Ph.D. from York University, Toronto, in October 2021 after defending my dissertation Politically Engaged Wild Animals. In March 2023, I finished a Postdoc with the Messerli Research Institute at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna.
