The Community Relations department is responsible for community engagement activities with the greater Peterborough area through a variety of targeted and public activities, sponsorships, events and partnerships. For more information, visit the the Community Relations web site.
General Records
- Financial Records - Retention: three years
- Temporary Project Files - Retained on server indefinitely; hard copies retained until end of project
- Ongoing Project Files - Retained on server indefinitely; hard copies retained until end of project
- Event Files (public lectures, etc.) - Digital records retained on server indefinitely
- City-University Liaison Committee Files - Agendas since 2011 saved indefinitely on server; earlier files located in University
- Archives: retained indefinitely.
