The Equity & Human Rights Office (EHRO) provides confidential advice to individuals who feel that they may have a rights-related problem under the university's Policy on Discrimination & Harassment and/or who wish to discuss possible options for resolution. The office is also responsible for administering the university's commitment to Accessibility [informed by our obligations under the Ontarians with Disabilities Act (ODA) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)] and its equity/diversity initiatives.
