Whether you need guidance on stress management, academic concerns, or mental well-being, our team is here to support you.
Wellness check-ins are friendly, confidential conversations designed to help you feel supported and heard. They’re a great way to talk through challenges and explore ways to take care of your well-being while studying at Trent.
What can a wellness check-in be used for?
You can schedule a wellness check-in to:
- Talk about stress, homesickness, or adjusting to life in Canada
- Explore ways to care for your mental and emotional health
- Get connected to helpful campus and community resources and services
- Ask questions about accessing healthcare in Canada
- Discuss how to balance your academics and personal life
- Share your wellness goals and with a trusted contact
Wellness check-ins are not therapy sessions, but they are a safe and welcoming space to chat, reflect, and find support for whatever you’re going through.
