Virtual/In-Person Training
The Health and Safety Office offers education and training that can be provided to groups or departments and tailored to specific needs, tasks, and work areas. Training can be provided virtually or in-person and will include knowledge and practical/hands-on portions.

Online Training through VIP
An online Ergonomics training module is available in VIP. This module provides information on general ergonomics, musculoskeletal disorders, risk factors, and controls. It is recommended to complete this module and review resources available on the H&S website.

Free Online Training through Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS)
The CCOHS offers a free 20 minute online course outlining musculoskeletal disorder awareness, risk factors, causes, and prevention tips: https://www.ccohs.ca/products/courses/msd_awareness
