A half-century on the banks of the Otonabee...
Welcome to the vibrant history of Otonabee College, where every student who graces its halls contributes to a legacy of heart-led change. In 1972, the East Bank saw the birth of Otonabee College, named after the winding river that flows through our picturesque campus. And for 50 years, we have welcomed students who have gone on to make a positive impact in the world, no matter how big or small. Despite facing challenges like floods, pandemics, and renovations, OC has always been like the river it's named after - ever-changing, yet steady and strong like the beat of a heart. As we celebrate our golden anniversary, we invite you to join us in commemorating the spirit of the college and the lives it has touched. Whether you attend our events or share your story with us, we encourage you to become involved in this momentous occasion and celebrate with us.

You won’t want to miss out on this milestone event.

Then & Now: Revisit life in Otonabee College
Take a walk down memory lane with beloved past College Assistant Tony Storey and current student Bethany Neubauer as they wander the halls of our beloved college discussing OC then and now.
We invite you to share your #myOCstories and pictures for inclusion on our social media and in a commemorative book to be published this year. We encourage you to think about things that happened (your favourite OC story perhaps), things you learned, and what you loved most about your time at OC.
