Colleges are a place of belonging that exists outside of the idea of a physical structure or a particular academic program. Gzowski College is an interdisciplinary community of current students, faculty, staff, alumni and affiliated departments. Students can be from any discipline, studying in any program, and still belong to Gzowski College. This is also true of faculty and staff who are Fellows of Gzowski College: some work in other departments or buildings on campus, while others are under the same physical roof as the Gzowski College.

We share the Enwayaang building with a number of academic departments who are part of the Gzowski community: these neighbours are geographically affiliated with the college and they help to shape our academic and social programming. Connecting students with staff and faculty through social or academic engagement strengthens us all. "Enwayaang" means "the way we speak together," and beyond our physical neighbours we encourage people from all academic departments to join our community and "speak together" with us, adding to our college conversations in this dynamic academic setting.
