At Trent Athletics Centre, we specialize in hosting unforgettable kids’ birthday parties all year round. Whether you’re planning for a small group of 4 or a large gathering of 30, we can customize the perfect package to suit your needs. Choose from a single activity or multiple fun-filled options to make your child’s birthday truly special!

Our Facilities

We offer a variety of exciting facilities that you can choose from, including:

• Indoor Rock Climbing Wall
• Gymnasium
• Rowing Tank
• Pool (available during Open Swims)
• Justin Chiu Stadium (available outside of winter)

Additionally, we provide a private party room where you can decorate, play games, and are free to bring cake and other refreshments. You can select the duration of your party, from a quick 1-hour celebration to a full day of fun. If you’re unsure about what activities to choose, our experienced staff can offer recommendations.

Experienced Staff

Our team consists of experienced counselors and youth coaches who work with kids all the time. If your child attends our Excalibur summer camp, their birthday host might even be their counselor!

Party Packages

We can adapt birthday parties to meet your needs with various spaces and activities. We maintain a staff-to-child ratio of 1:10, so our basic package includes up to 10 children. For more children, there is an additional fee of $55 to cover staffing.

2-Hour Party starts at $200 and includes:

• A 2-hour birthday party hosted by one of our experience youth staff.
• 10 children (+additional $55 flat fee for 10 -18 children)
• A private room with tables and chairs for games and food (you can bring your own decorations, snacks, and cake)
• A one-hour activity, choosing from:
  • games and activities in the gymnasium (e.g., basketball, volleyball, or camp games).
  • Swimming (available during open swim time; swim test and other pool policies in effect).
  • Rock wall climbing (+ additional flat fee of $55)

3-Hour Party starts at $275 and includes:

• A 3-hour birthday party hosted by one of our experience youth staff.
• 10 children (+additional $55 flat fee for 10-18 children)
• A private room with tables and chairs for games and food (you can bring your own decorations, snacks, and cake)
• Two x 1-hour activities, choosing from.
  • games and activities in the gymnasium or outdoors (e.g., basketball, volleyball, or camp games).
  • Swimming (available during open swim time; swim test and other pool policies in effect).
  • Rock wall climbing (an additional flat fee of $55)
