Admissions

Post-Bridge PN to BScN Pathway - S442 (Previously S122)

Open to graduates from a recognized community college Practical Nursing (PN) diploma program who are registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. 

Candidates must have a minimum average of 75% with no failed or repeated courses to be considered for admission. Applicants to the Post Bridge PN to BScN Pathway (S442) are no longer required to complete the CASPer test effective Nov 1, 2022. For more information about the program and admissions eligibility, visit the George Brown website.

Students who successfully complete all bridging courses will be eligible for admission to Trent's BScN program offered at the George Brown campus.

How to Apply

Apply through OCAS, program code S122. Effective September 2022, the new program code will be S442.
