| September | Applications for the Collaborative and Compressed programs will open on September 18, 2025 on the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC). The internal application for the Collaborative and Compressed programs will also open on September 18, 2025 for current Trent students. The "Transfer into Nursing" form can be found on MyTrent portal, under the Academics tab.

| March | Application deadline for non-current Ontario secondary school (Group B) applicants is March 2, 2026 Offers of Admission will be released early to mid-March to Collaborative and Compressed program and will continue on a rolling basis. Offers typically conclude on or before the mid-June. |
| May | Students coming from another post-secondary institution should submit official transcripts with winter semester grades by May 29, 2026. |
| June | June 1, 2026 is the deadline for current Ontario secondary school (Group A) applicants to accept their offer. |
| July | All secondary school applicants must submit official final transcripts. |
| August | Applicants who received a conditional offer of admission for Fall 2026 must meet their conditions, including submission of official final transcripts from all institutions, by August 14, 2026. Applicants who are unable to meet any outstanding conditions by August 14, will be removed from the nursing program. |
