The Department of Master of Management invites applications for CUPE 3908 Unit 2 Student Marker vacancies for the 2025-2026 academic year. Positions are available at various times during the Academic Year 2025-2026
The hourly rate of pay is in accordance with the CUPE 3908 Unit 2 collective agreement Appendix A Wage Rates: Graduate Student Markers: $24.20/hr + 4% vacation pay.
Student Markers (SM) shall be defined as an enrolled Trent University student whose assigned duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Marking, grading, calculating and recording grades of students’ work;
Marking preparation based on course materials;
Marking and grading of lab reports/ assignments, tests, exams and essays;
Commenting upon students’ work as required.
Duties related to the position, shall be determined by the person(s) who has (have) principal responsibility for the course.

Qualifications:
- Enrolled in Graduate Studies at Trent University
- Applicant should have taken the course for which they are applying (or a similar course) and scored a minimum of 70% - Good communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in marking is an asset
