Portfolio
The Provost & Vice-President Academic is responsible for the overall academic mission of Trent University. As the University’s Chief Academic Officer, the Provost provides executive leadership for academic priorities, planning, budget, operations, and the quality of the student learning experience.
The Provost works closely with Trent’s senior leadership team and academic leaders across the University, including the Deans and Associate Deans, University Librarian, University Registrar, and Associate Vice-President International.
The Provost’s portfolio includes responsibility for academic programs and planning, the Deans’ Offices, Trent International, the School of Graduate Studies, the Office of the Registrar, scholarships and financial aid, recruitment and admissions, curriculum governance, academic quality assurance, and related academic policies and committees.

The Recruitment and Admissions Office acts as the first point of contact for prospective students interested in attending an undergraduate program at Trent University.
