Yearly Reports

In alignment with the minster's directive Trent University will begin submitting annual reports to the Board of Governors by January 31st, 2026. These reports will be also made publicly available and submitted to the minister.  

The Anti Racism & Anti Hate Annual Reports will include:  

  • The Number of and types of complaints reported by students, faculty, or staff including a description of complaints and categories of the complaints. This includes not proceeding to review. 

  • Use code groups (ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation) in the report including sub-category (anti-Black racism, antisemitism, and Islamophobia).  

  • Include outcomes of the incident including response, and resolution of timelines, findings of investigations, and disciplinary Measures taken and any involvement of law enforcement.
