Mahbubul Alam

Mahbubul Alam joined the School of Business at Trent University in July 2024 as Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. Prior to joining Trent, he held full-time faculty positions at the School of Business and Economics, Algoma University, Canada (2022-2024), Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, Wilfried Laurier University, Canada (2021-2022), and a Post-Doctoral Fellowship (funded by SSHRC, 2020-2021) at the School of Human Resource Management, York University, Canada. He published several research on the topics of human resource management and organizational behavior in reputable journals. Prior to entering academia, Mahbub led human resources and learning and development functions of several business organizations in North America and South Asia.
