JR. JUDO - SUMMER PROGRAM
Judo is a fun sport for all ages and is currently practiced in 200 countries worldwide. Through this program you will develop respect, control, calmness, willpower, perseverance and confidence. You will develop fitness, flexibility, balance, endurance and self-defence. The ultimate goal of Judo is educational; learning to make the best use of your energy through body/mind training.

July 2 - August 23 (no class Aug 5)
Tuesdays & Thursdays
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
+ Fridays
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
3x a week for 8 weeks
