Established in 2010, Peterborough is one of the newest of the Ontario Archaeological Society’s nine regional chapters. Its mandate covers the area between the Toronto, Huronia, and Ottawa chapters. In addition to publishing a regular newsletter called Strata, they hold free monthly meetings on the fourth Tuesday of the month, September to June. These are free and open to the general public.
