Are you looking to enhance your course design and create a more engaging, accessible, and visually appealing learning experience for your students? The Trent Teaching Commons invites you to join us for the Fall Faculty Workshop Festival: Big Shiny Courses, happening  August 21st and 22nd, 2025. 

 
Each day features two 1-hour sessions at 11:00am and 1:00pm, focused on helping you refine and polish your courses with expert guidance. These workshops blend theoretical insight with practical application, giving you the tools to directly apply what you learn to your own Blackboard course for face-to-face teaching. 

The schedule is as follows: 

  • Session 1: Smooth Course Navigation. Aug 21 at 11 a.m. 

  • Session 2: Easy Accessibility. Aug 21 at 1 p.m. 

  • Session 3: Visual Appeal. Aug 22 at 11 a.m. 

  • Session 4: Engaging Interactions. Aug 22 at 1 p.m.
